If you will be walking or running in hot weather, we recommend wearing light, breathable clothing and bringing plenty of water to stay hydrated. If you will be walking or running in cold weather, we recommend wearing layers and bringing gloves, a hat, and a scarf to keep warm.

How many people are usually on a tour?

Our tours are designed to be intimate and personalised experiences, and we typically limit the number of participants on each tour to 10 people or fewer. This small group size allows us to provide a more personalized and interactive experience for all participants, and ensures that everyone has the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the destination. We believe that small group tours offer the best balance of personal attention and social interaction, and we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all of our participants.

What is a running tour?

A running tour is a guided tour of a city that combines sightseeing with a running or jogging activity. Our running tours are led by trained guides who lead participants on a route through the city, stopping at various landmarks and points of interest along the way. The pace of a running tour is typically slower than a typical run, and the distance covered is usually shorter than a typical run, making the tour suitable for people of a wide range of fitness levels. Running tours can be a fun and unique way to explore a new place, as they offer an opportunity to see the sights while getting some exercise at the same time. Our running tours are designed to appeal to both locals and tourists, and often focus on the history, culture, and landmarks of the area.

How fast do you run or walk?

The pace of our running and walking tours varies depending on the specific tour and the fitness level of the participants. On our leisurely walking tours, we typically walk at a leisurely pace that is suitable for people of all fitness levels. On our more strenuous running tours, we typically run at a moderate pace that is suitable for people who are comfortable running for extended periods of time. Regardless of the pace, our tours are designed to be enjoyable and educational for all participants, and our guides are trained to accommodate people of a wide range of fitness levels. If you have any concerns about your ability to participate in a tour, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you find the right tour for you.
