Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Am I fit enough to do these tours?
A. The tours are designed for a wide range of fitness levels with stop points throughout to allow the group to catch up and take a break while the guide explains some cool things about the city.
Here are some rough guidelines to help:
Run This City - It is recommended that you be comfortable running at least 5km.
Regal E: Urban Hike - This tour is 2 hrs of brisk walking with stops along the way.
Sea to Sky Ride - This is our most challenging route, but if you are comfortable riding a bike for a couple hours you will be fine. There are some big hills, but we will stop and allow the group to catch up throughout the tour. If you have never been on a bike, give one of our other tours a try.
If you are concerned or have any questions feel free to contact us (email@example.com) and we would be happy to discuss the tours in more detail with you.
Q. Can I bring my small children on your tours?
A. The suggested age for tour participants is 12 yrs of age & older however you know your own kids. If you think they can handle a couple hours of walking or biking, and can keep up, we are happy to have them join us on a tour. All minors (under 18yrs of age) must be accompanied by a guardian.
Q. What do I need to bring with me on my tour?
A. The number one thing is a sense of adventure and fun! Other than that, a water bottle, sunscreen (if the weather calls for it), and money in case the tour stops for a snack break or if you need to take transit at the end of the tour to get back home or to your hotel. Please also remember to dress for the weather- dressing in layers is recommended and bringing a jacket in case of rain is always a smart idea.
Q. How do I book a tour?
A. Easy peasy...click right here and book online.

Q. Do I need to pre-register for a tour, or can I just show up?
A. Yes, please register on our website, it takes only a couple minutes. We keep the tours small (12 people max.) to ensure a fantastic experience for everyone, we would hate to turn you away if the tour is full.
Q. Where does my tour meet?
A. Specific tour information can be found here on the tour webpages. Once you register for a tour you will also receive a reminder email which will give you directions as to where to meet your tour guide.
Q. What time does my tour start?
A. Tour start times are listed on our booking calendar, as well your tour start time will be included in the confirmation email you will receive when you complete an online booking.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. Plans change, we get it. With at least 7 days' notice, tours may be cancelled with a full refund. With less than 7 days notice, no refunds are available, however you may reschedule your tour at no charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before your tour start. With less than 24 hours' notice, tours will not be refunded or rescheduled. Thinking about canceling due to rain? We encourage you to embrace the wetcoast weather and truly see the city like a local. The rain doesn't stop us and it makes the warm shower afterwards extremely satisfying!
Q. Are there any other tours offered beyond what is listed on this website?
A. We are glad you asked:) There is sooo much more of this amazing city (and surrounding area) that we would LOVE to show you. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you are interested in and we can put together a custom tour. We love doing personalized tours for groups of 3 or more, bachelorette parties, team building events, family reunions, etc. If you want to be active & outdoors in Vancouver, we want to be there with you too!
